Crochet Minion Hats FREE Pattern

In October my son’s Kindergarten class was learning about colours. To help them review they were asked to wear coordinating colours. One of the set days was Minion day (from the movie “Despicable Me”). What better excuse to make him a Minion hat to wear! Of course my daughter also wanted one.

Thanks to this FREE crochet pattern from Crochet by Jennifer – they were very easy to make. I also had the kids wear blue pants and a yellow top so they looked like full body minions. Too cute.

My 7 year old daughter chose the two-eyed minion option. She also wanted “lots of spiky hair” and a wavy mouth.
