These are great little treat. My Mom before she sadly passed away knitted small chicks for easter treats and sold them for a local charity. I think over the years she sold over 10,000.
Each one contained a chocolate egg a great little gift for easter.

okay -yes – these ARE the cutest things I've seen in a long time. I haven't crocheted in years but might just get going again. Looks like a fun, relatively quilt project.
