better late than never – I got behind on my blog reading yesterday and missed commenting on your fab post its! As for a bday theme, what about using the olympics? You said you were missing it, you could have a wacky olympics with fun events like cupcake eating and pingpong ball races and give out yummy edible cookie medals!
we're doing a monkey theme. i'd rather do a tea party theme… but alas. my girl claims to be a monkey. so.
Happy Tuesday! Here from Supah. I didn't watch enough of the Olympics either!
yeah during the Olympics all I watched was Men/Womens Curling. Its actually more addicting that you would think!
do a rainbow and leprachon theme. Follow rainbow cards trail through house to a pot of "gold" (prizes) play musical shamrocks (print out green shmrocks and place them in a circle on the floor and play like musical chairs. Pin the gold coin in the leprachon's hand. Stuff like that.
I like the wacky olympic idea and if the weather is good it would be really great for outdoors! Stopping by from Supahs I'm your newest follower.
my girl wants her party at the zoo. so. they have a "tree house" there and they bring out a monkey. and i was thinking sock monkeys for party favors.
downfall – i reserved – but they have a limit of only 30 peeps. including adults. and i don't do drop off parties. so we'll see how it goes!
