Menu Plan Monday

I was sick last week so our menu didn’t really happen. I’m trying to use up some of the food we have in our freezer and in the pantry as part of spring cleaning and reorganizing.

Breakfasts
Slimfast shakes (Mom)
Yogurt, toast, fruit and chocolate milk (Kids)

Morning Snacks
Monday through Friday ~ grapes & crackers

Lunch
Monday ~ cheesy cauliflower soup, yogurt, homemade banana muffins (Kids)
~ garden salad, spare rib leftovers (Mom)

Tuesday ~ tuna fish sandwiches, applesauce, carrots (Mom & Kids)

Wednesday ~ whole wheat noodles with spaghetti sauce, peas, canned peaches (Kids)

Thursday ~ waffles, blueberries (frozen), yogurt (Kids)
~ egg salad sandwich, celery (Mom)

Friday ~ english muffins, deli meat, cheese, oranges (Kids & Mom)

Saturday ~ chicken hot dogs, apple slices (Kids & Mom & Dad)


Afternoon Snack
Monday ~ dried apricots
Tuesday ~ granola bars
Wednesday ~ cheese & apple slices
Thursday ~ peanut butter on celery sticks with raisins “ants on a log”
Friday ~ trail mix
Saturday ~ popsicles


Dinner
Monday ~ Pork Chops in cream of mushroom soup, baked apples, broccoli/carrot/cauliflower mix


Tuesday ~ Chicken parmesana, noodles, vegetables (TBD)

Wednesday ~ Hamburger Helper, salad

Thursday ~ Fish, sweet potato fries, grilled zucchini

Friday ~ Homemade Pizza, caesar salad

Saturday ~ Steak, baked potatoes, cooked carrots, salad
