I am making this adorable Easy Crochet Poncho for Ava. I had about half of one panel done when I realised that I had made it more “yellow” than blue. I felt a little ill when I had to frog (rippit rippit) what I had done and not for an error in crocheting but in changing the colour order.

These are the colours I am using to be similar to the blue version. I couldn’t find the exact brand and colours of the yarn in the pattern (blue, yellow, green).

When I first started to make it I had used the blue where the yellow was, not realising how it would look in the pattern. Therefore, there was not enough blue for Ava’s liking.
